Support efficient cost control across the project portfolio and within approved budgets. Provide forecasting and reporting for expenditure authorisations, cash-flow projections and earned value measures such as CPI/SPI, while supporting cost analysis, forecasting and project performance reporting.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience
• B.Sc. in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the energy sector, including at least three (3) years in Cost Engineering.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for complex reports, graphs and presentations.
• Awareness of stage-gate processes for investment decision-making.
• Working knowledge of estimating, benchmarking and project management; awareness of Construction, Fabrication, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain processes preferred.
