Provide mechanical engineering expertise in compliance with applicable engineering codes and standards to support safe, reliable and efficient facility operation. Provide technical input for the design, evaluation and execution of mechanical engineering solutions for plant modifications and projects.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience
• B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years’ recent and relevant experience as a Mechanical Engineer in an Oil and Gas environment.
• Professional qualification through the Board of Engineering of Trinidad and Tobago, P.E. (US), or C.E. (UK).
• Knowledge of plant maintenance philosophies and plant maintenance systems.
• Working knowledge of mechanical static and rotating equipment, equipment specifications, design calculations and equipment selection.
