Rahamut Enterprises Ltd (REL) is a leading fuel, lubricant, and transportation company in Trinidad and Tobago. We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused, and safety-conscious Expediter to join our high-performing team.

The Role

The Expediter is responsible for the efficient and secure delivery and collection of company documents, packages, correspondence, deposits, and other business-related items. The successful candidate will interact regularly with customers, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

This position requires availability to work alternate Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect company mail, documents, packages, and customer correspondence.

• Collect cheques and other items from customers as assigned.

• Make deposits and collect banking-related documents from designated financial institutions.

• Provide timely updates and communication to the supervisor throughout the workday.

• Make approved purchases, perform driving and courier-related duties for company representatives when required.

• Maintain accurate records and obtain signatures for delivered items.

• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of three (3) O'Level/CXC passes, including English Language and Mathematics.

• Valid Trinidad and Tobago Driver's Licence.

• Valid Certificate of Character.

• At least three (3) years' experience in a similar role.
