EXPEDITER:
The Expeditor is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire process of order entry, tracking, and delivery, ensuring that all goods are received, prepared, and dispatched in a timely manner. This role requires close collaboration with vendors, manufacturers, and internal departments to resolve issues related to delays, missing or damaged goods, and end-of-life products. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively communicate with various stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer & Order Management: Track the status of goods end-to-end, from order entry to receipt in the warehouse.

Vendor & Manufacturer Liaison: Escalate supply chain issues in alignment with the respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and coordinate with other departments to find solutions.

Communication & Stakeholder Updates: Provide accurate and timely reports to internal stakeholders regarding incoming goods to keep all teams informed.

End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Take full responsibility for managing the supply chain and order process, ensuring that all orders are processed from entry through to delivery dispatch within the respective Service Level Agreement.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all orders, shipments, and communications related to supply chain and order processing.

 
Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in supply chain, order management, or logistics coordination within a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams.
    • Experience in resolving supply chain issues, including delays and damaged goods.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop solutions for delayed or end-of-life goods.
