The Fabric Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising fabric maintenance activities to ensure coating and preservation work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. The role includes providing technical oversight, managing personnel, monitoring quality, and conducting offshore site visits as required.
Requirements
• Minimum seven (7) years' experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Minimum two (2) years' offshore experience.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in painting and surface preparation standards for 3-coat epoxy paint systems.
• Demonstrated training in coating application and surface preparation standards.
• Current AMPP Certified Coatings Inspector certification.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of oil and gas industry safety requirements and best practices.
• Valid TBOSIET and OEUK medical would be considered an asset.
