ABOUT US
Pillai Tools Company Ltd. is a leading distributor and retailer of tools, welding, safety and industrial supplies, carrying trusted brands including DeWalt, Milwaukee, Bosch, Stanley, Makita and Lincoln. We are expanding our field sales team and are seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow our customer base on the road.

THE ROLE

• Service existing accounts and develop new business across an assigned territory

• Promote our full range of tools, welding, safety and industrial products

• Build strong relationships with contractors, tradespeople and retail/industrial clients

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Provide product knowledge, quotes and follow-up to customers

• Report on market activity, competitor pricing and customer feedback

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years’ field/outside sales experience

• Must own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver’s permit

• Knowledge of tools, hardware or industrial supplies is a strong asset

• Strong communication, negotiation and self-management skills

• Goal-oriented with a proven sales track record

• Comfortable with basic technology for quoting and reporting
