We are seeking an experienced and driven Financial Controller to lead the finance function across multiple entities within a growing, project-based organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a strong finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident building structure, improving processes, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

Ensure timely and accurate month-end close and consolidated reporting

Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital oversight

Serve as day-to-day liaison with banking partners

Oversee payroll processing and statutory deductions

Ensure full compliance with tax, VAT, PAYE, NIS, and other statutory requirements

Support project margin reporting and cost monitoring

Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting

Supervise and develop finance team members

Support ERP system transition and finance process improvements

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent designation preferred

7–10 years progressive finance experience

Experience in a project-based, construction, engineering, or similar environment preferred

Strong ERP system experience

Prior supervisory experience required
