Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
MBA or postgraduate studies in Business, Management, or related areas is desirable.
Minimum 8 years of experience in senior management or General Manager positions.
Strong business acumen, strategic leadership, change management, and results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the company’s strategy, vision, mission, values, and business objectives in alignment with the Board.
Lead overall business performance, ensuring achievement of financial, operational, and commercial results.
Oversee financial management, including budgets, reporting, audits, and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Work closely with the Board and key stakeholders to monitor business performance and ensure long-term organizational success.
Lead strategic initiatives and manage change effectively in a dynamic business environment.
