We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Handyman to support the daily maintenance and upkeep of a commercial property.

Key Responsibilities Include:

General maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting)
Cleaning and upkeep of common areas, glass shop fronts, and public restrooms
Garbage disposal and yard/grounds maintenance
Inspection of pumps, tanks, generators, and gates
Supporting mall operations and special tasks as required
Maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment

Requirements:

Previous handyman or facilities maintenance experience
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Willingness to perform varied maintenance and cleaning tasks
