Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and experienced Heavy T Drivers to join our candidate pool for current and upcoming opportunities with our clients.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy vehicles, transportation and delivery of goods, and ensuring that all assigned trips are completed safely, professionally and on schedule.

We are continuously sourcing qualified Heavy T Drivers to meet the growing needs of our clients, particularly as business activity increases during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy vehicles safely and responsibly in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Transport and deliver goods, materials and equipment to assigned locations.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance issues.
• Ensure all loads are properly secured before transportation.
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
• Complete trip sheets, delivery notes and other required documentation.
• Assist with loading and unloading when required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Report accidents, delays, incidents or other operational issues promptly.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Follow all health, safety and company procedures.
• Perform other transportation and logistics duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory:

• Valid Heavy T Driver's Permit – MUST HAVE.
• Previous experience operating heavy vehicles.
• Safe and responsible driving record.
• Good knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
• Ability to safely handle and secure loads.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends where required.

Additional Advantage

Candidates with experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, inventory or delivery operations will be particularly considered, as these additional skills can provide greater flexibility across our clients' operations.
