Term: Full time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely support to the HR function through a range of administrative activities e.g. preparation of job letters, file set up, completion of forms for NIS, copy and scan materials as requested, etc.

• Assist in recruitment efforts such as, the scheduling of interviews, organizing resumes and reference checks on potential employees.

• Conduct orientation and document signing for all incoming staff members as part of their onboarding.

• Ensure that all off boarding processes are completed when a person resigns, retires or is terminated such as conduct exit interviews.

• Review and update job descriptions.

• Audit and update personnel files.

• Create and maintain the company’s HR related databases.  

• Assist where required with the processing of employees’ payrolls. 

• Prepare files for inputting into HR systems.

• Maintain Human Resource records by recording new hires, terminations, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time. 

• Assist with conducting research as directed.

• Monitor and update vacation schedules.

• Monitor daily attendance and investigates causes for absenteeism.

• Assist with updating policies and memo circulation.

• Manage leave requests, and employee record files. 

• Assist in planning all company functions and meetings.

• Generating HR reports.

• Any other related tasks.

 

Position Requirements:

 Five CSEC passes English being one of them.

 Certificate in Human Resource Management.

 At least 2 years’ work experience in a Human Resource environment.

 General knowledge of the Human Resource function.

 Competent in using Microsoft Office. 

 Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

 Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information.
