Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate employee files.
2. Create and maintain HR databases.
3. Sort and archive files.
4. Update and create new files.
5. Analyze trends and generate reports.
6. Typing and formatting documents.
7. Provide assistance with the recruitment and the on-boarding process.
8. Provide support with administration for instance, the completion of letters, forms, documents, correspondence, and schedule appointments.
9. Coordinating vacation schedules across departments.
10. Assist with updating policies and memo circulation.
11. Assist with general HR research.
12. Assist with uniform orders and distribution, obtaining food badges, etc.
13. Assist with coordinating staff events.
14. Any other related duties.
Position Requirements:
§ Five CSEC passes English being one.
§ Completed a Certificate in Human Resource Management.
§ At least 2 years’ work experience in a Human Resource environment.
§ General knowledge of the Human Resource function.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion.
