A leading testing laboratory is seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to join our skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage the day-to-day operations of the testing laboratory, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 standards.

·       Lead and mentor a team of laboratory technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

·       Oversee quality control processes and ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.

·       Maintain and improve laboratory accreditation, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.

·       Develop and implement operational strategies to improve laboratory efficiency and client satisfaction.

·       Manage laboratory budgets, equipment, and resources effectively.

·       Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.

·       Proven experience (5+ years) in a laboratory management role, ideally in an ISO 17025 accredited environment.

·       Strong understanding of ISO 17025 accreditation requirements and quality management systems.

·       Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

·       Proficiency in laboratory software and technology.
