Key Responsibilities:
 

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the testing laboratory, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 standards.

• Lead and mentor a team of laboratory technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee quality control processes and ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.

• Maintain and improve laboratory accreditation, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve laboratory efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Manage laboratory budgets, equipment, and resources effectively.

• Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

 
 
Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a laboratory management role, ideally in an ISO 17025 accredited environment.
• Strong understanding of ISO 17025 accreditation requirements and quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in laboratory software and technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
