Summary

A confidential energy services client is building a candidate pool for upcoming contingent labour and manpower opportunities across Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, and partially Suriname. Successful applicants may be considered for project-based, rotational, contract, temporary, or contingent assignments based on experience, availability, and client requirements.

The Liquid Mud Plant / Cement Bulk Plant Operator will support plant activities related to receiving, storing, mixing, transferring, and loading liquid mud, cement, bulk materials, and related products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate plant equipment according to approved procedures.

• Assist with mixing, transferring, loading, and unloading plant materials.

• Monitor pumps, tanks, valves, hoses, silos, compressors, gauges, and related systems.

• Conduct routine checks and report leaks, blockages, defects, or unsafe conditions.

• Complete basic operational logs and maintain plant housekeeping standards.

• Follow chemical handling, PPE, environmental, and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Previous plant, cement bulk, liquid mud, drilling fluids, process, bulk handling, or industrial operations experience.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work safely around pumps, hoses, tanks, and bulk materials.

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, call-outs, or extended hours where required.

• Relevant experience and certifications must be clearly stated on the CV or uploaded with the application where available.

Preferred

• Experience in oil and gas, drilling fluids, cementing, marine logistics, or energy services.
