The maintenance supervisor's skills and qualities should include strong leadership and communication skills, along with advanced mechanical knowledge of trucks and other heavy equipment, to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.  They need problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Organisational skills are crucial for scheduling and resource allocation.  Knowledge of safe systems of work is essential. 

Additionally, they should be able to analyse data to improve processes and achieve cost efficiency.  Adaptability and decision-making skills are also important for responding to your teams and the dynamic industry demands.

Education:
Csec, Mechanical training, hydraulic systems, diesel engines

Experience: 
Five years (5) of work experience post-training and three years (3) of supervisory experience. 

Salary: negotiable 

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am -4:30 pm, Saturday 7:30am - 2pm, Sunday and Public holidays as required.
