We are seeking a competent and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities at our poultry feed mill. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all plant and utility equipment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans to support equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and production equipment issues, including faults reported by Production.

3. Supervise and coordinate daily preventative maintenance, projects, equipment installations, repairs, and upgrades from planning through completion.

4. Manage maintenance resources, including technicians, contractors, tools, materials, and critical spare parts.

5. Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment histories and service schedules, and ensure maintenance activities comply with Company policies and HSE requirements. 

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with mechanical systems, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and basic electrical controls
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when require
