These three-year development programmes are designed to equip trainees with the technical competencies, practical experience and professional capabilities required to build successful careers and perform effectively in their respective disciplines within the energy industry.

 

Job Purpose:

Atlantic's Maintenance Trainee Programme goes beyond personal development; it provides a clear pathway to purpose. The Programme equips trainees with knowledge, hands-on experience and develops a professional mindset required to excel as Instrumentation (E&I) Technicians within the dynamic Oil and Gas Industry

Qualifications

  • A National Engineering Technician Diploma (NETD) in Mechanical, Electrical / Electronic or Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT)
    OR
  • A relevant National Examinations Council (NEC) Technician Diploma from a recognised and accredited institution

 

Applicants should demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumentation maintenance within the Oil and Gas Industry.

Successful candidates must be willing to participate fully in the structured Maintenance Trainee Programme.

Applicants must:

  • have graduated in 2024 or 2025 or have successfully completed their diploma by July, 2026.
  • have no more than two (2) years of relevant work experience.
  • be a citizen of Trinidad and Tobago.
