Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant supports the execution of marketing and sales initiatives by providing administrative, coordination, and creative support to the marketing team. The role assists with day-to-day marketing activities, content preparation, and campaign support, contributing to brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

• Assist with the coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

• Support social media management, including content scheduling, posting, and basic performance tracking.

• Help prepare marketing materials such as presentations, reports, and promotional content.

• Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to marketing activities.

• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors as required to support marketing objectives.

• Monitor timelines and follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

• Perform any other related duties necessary to support marketing and sales operations.

 

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Previous experience in an administrative, sales, or marketing assistant role.

• Experience managing or supporting social media platforms.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.

• Proficient in basic office and marketing tools.
