Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Analyst to support plant operations by optimizing production processes, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maximizing plant productivity, conserving energy, reducing costs, and safeguarding production assets, all while adhering to safety standards and environmental best practices.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily all administrative and analytical duties to support the Process and Operations department.
  • Update and validate electronic log sheets, process control charts, and production data.
  • Analyze plant performance, troubleshoot issues, and prepare analytical reports.
  • Collect data from HMI systems and assist with lab testing and data modeling.
  • Manage clerical tasks such as photocopying, preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing documents.
  • Coordinate approvals for PRs, POs, contracts, leave forms, and timesheets.
  • Support special projects and other tasks assigned by the Process and Operations Manager or designate. 
  • Any other duties and responsibilities associated with this position as directed by the Process and Operations Manager or his designate.


    Qualifications:BSc – Chemical and Process Engineering Degree / equivalent.

    Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a plant environment.

    Skills Required:

    • Basic knowledge of plant processes and operations.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
    • Strong organizational, planning, and teamwork skills.
    • A teachable attitude with a commitment to learning and improvement.
    • Must possess analytical skills.
