Overview: As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient production of goods according to company standards and specifications. You will perform various tasks on the production line, contributing to the timely completion of orders and the overall success of the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assembly and Manufacturing:

• Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures to assemble, fabricate, or process products.
• Follow jam production schedules and instructions to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Be part of the team to monitor production processes, inspecting finished products for defects or deviations from specifications.
• Ensure all finished products are to ARI standards and ready for distribution

• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products onto and from assigned rooms, pallets, or storage containers.
• Transport materials within the production area using f, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by properly labelling, recording, and storing materials and products.
• Store all raw materials with FIFO system, and applied GMP standards
• Ensure sanitization of production facility before and after scheduled production.

• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on products at various stages of the production process.
• Identify and report any defects, malfunctions, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor or quality control personnel.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain product quality and consistency.

• Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety guidelines.
• Participate in safety training programs and actively contribute to a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Follow all relevant regulations and procedures related to product quality, workplace safety, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications:

• CXC 5 Passes with English and Maths .
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient in using Microsoft word, excel, etc.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
