The Project/Construction Supervisor is responsible for managing (Supervising and Coordinating) all daily muti-discipline construction activities in project / onsite execution (Onshore/Offshore). Must facilitate effective communication between various stakeholders, ensuring that all tasks are carried out in compliance with the Project, HSSE, Quality and Schedule requirements.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with knowledge of construction principles and processes, as well as HSSE regulations.

Relevant experience in the construction industry and offshore environments, combined with strong understanding of construction and commissioning processes in the relevant discipline and practical knowledge gained managing and leading teams to ensure smooth operations on site.

Responsibilities

Reviews the construction methods, priorities and schedule.

Develops and maintains short-term (look-ahead) schedules and trackers.

Ensures the teams are working according to schedule and plan.

Provides technical expertise on construction techniques to site teams, ensuring best practices are followed.

Addresses operational challenges, troubleshoots issues, and implements solutions to improve construction performance and reduce non-productive time.

Ensures lessons learnt are captured, understanding the change impact within and across project system boundaries.
