About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and interested in gaining experience in both purchasing and administrative support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with purchasing activities including preparing purchase orders, obtaining quotes, and maintaining supplier records.
· Monitor inventory levels and support reordering processes.
· Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
· Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
· Support the team with general office duties and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 CXC/GCE O’Level subjects including Mathematics and English.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
