JOB OVERVIEW:
The Quality Assurance Assistant is responsible for the daily scanning, upload and filing of source documents as well as other general clerical duties such as sorting and stamping documents, data entry and logging work on daily spreadsheets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Business Continuity & Administrative Duties
• To organize, sort and prepare documents to be scanned for all lines of business.
• To efficiently scan and label source documents from the Underwriting and Claims departments and accurately upload to relevant policies / claims / business processes on WebSTAR / M-Files daily.
• To ensure that all hard copy source documents are retrieved, filed and coded timely to maintain an efficient Filing room.
• To manage requests / inquiries regarding requirements for entered data and coding in Records Management unit in a timely manner.
• To perform any administrative and / or other job-related duties as assigned by the Coordinator – Renewals Processing and Records Management / Team Leader / Manager – Business Process Optimization.

2.Customer Relationship Management
• To provide high levels of Hello GG Customer Service to all stakeholders (internal or external).

3. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the Coordinator, Team Leader or Manager.

5. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the Coordinator, Team Leader or Manager.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 
• Five (5) O-Level subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English A
• Two (2) A-Level subjects
• Minimum of two (2) years in a similar administrative role

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
As a regulated entity with obligations under the Know Your Employee guidelines, a Certificate of Character is required.

The Quality Assurance Assistant should be a self-motivated individual with the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. He / she must have a positive work ethic and must pay attention to detail. The Quality Assurance Assistant must also place strong emphasis on integrity, confidentiality and professionalism. He / she must be customer service-oriented and a team player, and should always be willing to go the extra mile.
