General Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creating purchase orders.
  • Investigate all client complaints and find a timely resolution.
  • Resolve any out of stock situation.
  • Assist with ensuring that all port passes are up to date and that customs and delivery protocols are met.
  • Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Update pricing list
  • Ensure quotations to clients are competitive.
  • Ensure all invoices are accurate and up to date.
  • Preparation of delivery notes. 
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues. 
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Five CSEC passes must include Math & English.
  • A first degree or certificate in Accounting or Business Administration will be considered an asset.
  • A certificate in Microsoft Office Suite?
  • 2 years’ work experience in Accounting.
  • Working knowledge of the Great Plains (GP) system will be an asset.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
