JOB PURPOSE:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and smooth overall operations in a fast-paced environment.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage daily operations of the café, including opening and closing procedures
  • Supervise and support staff to ensure high performance and teamwork
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Assist with staff scheduling and attendance tracking

REQUIREMENTS:
