Job Summary The Retail Lending Officer is responsible for driving portfolio growth and revenue for Massy Finance GFC Ltd (MFGFC) by managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring smooth client onboarding. The role also supports MFGFC's strategic objectives through collaboration with internal teams, active solicitation at dealerships, and participation in sales events to expand business opportunities and enhance customer loyalty, all while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and staying updated on industry trends. Customer Relationship Management
Develop and sustain positive relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Provide tailored solutions and promptly resolve complaints by thoroughly understanding customer needs.
Manage CRM leads within 24 hours.
Supports the delinquent portfolio through the restructuring of Loans.
Sales and Business Development
Drive new and existing business growth through direct sales and relationship building.
Cross-sell and up-sell all the products and services.
Achieve monthly/annual sales targets by active marketing initiatives.
Provide on-site coverage at designated dealership locations and participate in sales events to promote products and services.
Maintain accurate and healthy pipeline reports to track movement of business and conversions. Customer Onboarding and Support
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process from application origination to disbursement including interviews, proposals and loan closing.
Collaborate with internal teams to process applications and update customers accordingly.
Conduct site visits as required for Enhanced Due Diligence.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure adherence to AML, ATF and regulatory guidelines while maintaining KYC compliance.
Conduct due diligence and ensure data accuracy/integrity for all credit applications.
Market and Product Knowledge
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings and financial products.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Company’s lending and investment product offerings.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance or related discipline
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in retail banking or financial services with at least three (3) years in a lending capacity
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Financial products, risk management, and regulatory compliance (AML/ATF)
Market trends, competitor analysis, and CRM tools
Sales, negotiation, and customer service excellence
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
