We are looking for a dynamic hospitality operation is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead a multifaceted department and drive strategic growth.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Direct all Sales, Events, and Reservations teams to meet revenue objectives and performance goals.
  2. Plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for various market segments.
  3. Execute annual budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for all related functions.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with business partners, corporate clients, and group organizers.
  5. Optimize use of digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.
  6. Provide in-depth analyses of sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
  7. Foster a high-performance team culture grounded in integrity, professionalism, and respect.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related discipline.
  • At least five (5) years of senior-level Sales or Marketing Management experience in hospitality.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Practical knowledge of reservation and revenue management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of professionalism.
  • Digital marketing expertise and ability to manage multiple promotional platforms.
  • Analytical proficiency in creating and interpreting sales reports and market data.
  • Experience with departmental budgeting, cost control, and KPI tracking.
