As an Industrial Sales Representative you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving sales targets
  • Developing recommendations to keep ahead of the competition.
  • Prospecting and winning new business.
  • Delivering consistent and continuous results
  • Develop and build strong customer relationships
  • Working together with other team members as it relates to the marketing and promotion of lubricants and other related products.
  • Staying abreast of advances in product technology and formulations
  • Generate new leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, products and competitor activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  1. At least three (3) years’ experience in sales with down the trade/retail sales an asset
  2. Experience in a highly competitive sector and/or environment
  3. A Diploma in Sales, Marketing and/or Business Management
  4. Experience in the Automotive and Lubricant industry from a sales perspective will be a significant advantage.
  5. Proven sales experience, preferably in an industrial or technical field
  6. Strong negotiation and communication skills
  7. Self-motivated with a passion for problem-solving
  8. Technical background or familiarity with industrial sales is a plus
