Summary
A confidential energy services client is building a candidate pool for upcoming contingent labour and manpower opportunities across Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, and partially Suriname. Successful applicants may be considered for project-based, rotational, contract, temporary, or contingent assignments based on experience, availability, and client requirements.

The Sample Catcher will support drilling or field operations by collecting, labelling, washing, and preparing samples for review, logging, or analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect samples at required intervals according to site instructions.

• Wash, sieve, bag, label, and organize samples accurately.

• Maintain sample records and ensure correct identification.

• Communicate sample changes, irregularities, or concerns to supervisors or technical teams.

• Maintain a clean and safe sample collection area.

• Follow rig, field, and site safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous field, drilling, lab, geology, mudlogging, sample collection, or industrial experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.

• Willingness to work outdoors, offshore, onshore, or in remote locations.

• Ability to work shifts or rotational schedules where required.

• Relevant experience and certifications must be clearly stated on the CV or uploaded with the application where available.

Preferred

• Basic understanding of drilling operations or geological samples.
