Kaizen Environmental Services (Trinidad) Limited is expanding its Security Operations at our La Brea Facility and is seeking reliable, alert, and professional individuals to join our on-site security team.

• Security Officer I – III
• Senior Security Officer I – III
• Security Supervisor
• Senior Security Supervisor

Employment Structure

• Initial six (6)-month contract
• Opportunity for permanent employment upon:
  • Successful completion of training
  • Strong attendance and performance
  • Positive performance evaluations

Work Environment – La Brea Facility

• Industrial, controlled-access site
• CCTV monitoring and access control operations
• Rotational 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Training & Development

• Full on-the-job training provided
• Instruction in:
  • Access control and gate management
  • CCTV surveillance and reporting
  • Incident logging and escalation
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols
• Ongoing coaching and skills development

Minimum Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Five (5) O’Level passes, including English and Mathematics
• Prior security experience (industrial or oil & gas experience is an asset)
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft applications (beneficial)
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and monitoring (beneficial)
• Training or certification in:
  • Basic First Aid
  • Basic HSE or safety-related courses
    (Considered assets but not mandatory)
