1. POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) supports strategic decision‑making across the Group by generating actionable insights from financial and operational data. The role identifies efficiency opportunities, builds advanced forecasting and valuation models, and communicates findings to senior leadership. The incumbent also supports investment analysis, evaluates risks and business impacts, and performs high‑quality report writing in alignment with Group standards. This role reviews the quality and accuracy of its own work and that of peers and junior analysts to ensure consistency and excellence.

3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required)

- Master’s Degree or MBA (preferred)

- Professional Certification such as ACCA, CFA, CPA or CIMA (strong asset)

- 5+ years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Corporate Finance

- Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency

- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (preferred)

4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead development of budgets, forecasts, and long‑range plans

- Build and maintain advanced models for scenario and sensitivity analysis

- Analyze data to identify trends and performance drivers

- Prepare executive‑level presentations and financial reports

- Support due diligence, valuations, and investment recommendations

- Evaluate financial risks and develop mitigation actions

- Ensure alignment with IFRS, internal controls, and governance

- Review analytical outputs of peers and junior analysts
