Job Summary
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Service Provider (Custodian) to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at assigned locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out janitorial duties, maintaining hygiene standards, monitoring cleaning supplies, and ensuring all assigned areas are kept in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general janitorial and cleaning duties at assigned locations.

Clean, dust, and wipe furniture, fixtures, ledges, frames, and other surfaces.

Empty waste bins and dispose of garbage appropriately.

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using the appropriate cleaning equipment and materials.

Clean, service, and restock restroom facilities, including refilling soap dispensers, paper towel holders, and other hygiene-related supplies.

Requisition cleaning supplies and equipment as required.

Conduct stock and inventory checks at assigned locations as directed.

Receive, store, and organize cleaning equipment and supplies.

Report any maintenance concerns, irregularities, hazards, or safety issues promptly.

Comply with all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge of standard cleaning methods, equipment, and procedures.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must be flexible and willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and other shifts as required.
