### ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and professional Service Technician to join our team. This is a field-based role servicing commercial and residential water treatment systems, including reverse osmosis (RO), filtration, and softening systems.
This position requires someone who can work independently, communicate confidently with high-level clients, and represent our brand with professionalism, while also managing service activity through our digital systems.
### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, service, and maintain water treatment systems (RO, filtration, softeners, UV)
- Diagnose and repair system faults independently
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance for commercial clients
- Read and interpret pressure gauges, flow meters, and water quality readings (TDS, etc.)
- Update job reports, service notes, and client information using our online CRM system
- Complete service reports accurately and on time
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
### REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3+ years hands-on technical experience (plumbing, mechanical, or industrial maintenance)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and online CRM systems for job tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication skills (clear spoken English, professional demeanor)
- Honest, dependable, and punctual
- Good physical condition (able to lift equipment and work in plant rooms/environments)
### QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 CSEC (or equivalent) minimum
- Technical training in plumbing, electrical, or mechanical fields is an asset
- Valid Trinidad & Tobago Driver’s Permit – REQUIRED
- Manual transmission required if operating a company vehicle; automatic acceptable if using personal vehicle
- Clean driving record is a strong advantage
