03/30/2026We are seeking an experienced and proactive Strip Mall Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations of a commercial strip mall.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day mall operations and ensure the property is well maintained

Coordinate maintenance, janitorial, and security services

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and address operational concerns

Monitor vendors, service contracts, and common area standards

Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements

Prepare basic operational reports and support management as needed
Requirements:

Previous experience in property, facilities, or mall management (preferred)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
