Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Company: Innovatech Enterprises LTD

About Innovatech & DeepThink

At Innovatech, we are building the next generation of reasoning AI. DeepThink is not just a chatbot; it is an agentic RAG and reasoning engine designed to autonomously solve complex business problems. We don't just "retrieve" data—our agents understand logic, execute tools, and reason through workflows to deliver actionable outcomes.

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who is 50% Product Owner and 50% Solutions Engineer.

You will be the primary bridge between our customers (enterprise clients) and our internal engineering team. Your job is to understand the customer's messy reality—their legacy databases, complex APIs, and convoluted business processes—and translate that into a clean, logical blueprint that DeepThink can execute.

You are not here to just take notes. You are here to validate feasibility. If a customer says "integrate with our ERP," we expect you to open a code editor, write a Python script to hit their API, and confirm exactly how that integration works.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deep Dive Discovery & Logic Mapping

  • Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders to deconstruct their business processes.

  • Identify exactly where DeepThink agents can intervene to automate workflows.

  • Map out "Chain of Thought" reasoning flows: If X happens, the Agent must check Y tool, then update Z database.

2. Technical Validation (Hands-on Coding)

  • API Reconnaissance: Independently review client API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI) to understand endpoints, authentication (OAuth, API Keys), and rate limits.

  • Python Scripting: Write ad-hoc Python scripts to test client integrations immediately. You must be able to verify that an endpoint returns the data we need before we commit to building the feature.

  • Data Analysis: Use SQL to query client datasets, ensuring data quality is sufficient for RAG retrieval.

3. Solution Architecture & Translation

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the engineering team.

  • Define the "Tools" the AI agent needs (e.g., specific JSON schemas for function calling).

  • Act as the "Translator" who can explain API rate limits to a CEO and business logic to a Backend Engineer.

4. Autonomy & Leadership

  • Take full ownership of client implementations. You will be the face of Innovatech for these accounts.

  • Lead meetings, manage timelines, and push back on unreasonable requirements when necessary.

  • Travel occasionally to client sites to build relationships and observe workflows in person.

Skills & Requirements

  • Technical Fluency:

    • Python: Intermediate proficiency. You can write scripts using requests, pandas, or json libraries to fetch and parse data.

    • SQL: Comfortable writing complex queries to inspect data structures.

    • APIs: Deep understanding of REST, Webhooks, JSON payloads, and HTTP error codes.

  • AI Context: You understand the basics of LLMs, RAG, and how "Agents" differ from standard chatbots.

  • Process Mindset: You can look at a chaotic human process and visualize it as a structured flow chart or decision tree.

  • Communication: You are articulate and confident. You can hold your own in a room with executives.

  • Extreme Autonomy: You don't wait for permission. If a document is missing, you find it. If an API is broken, you debug it.

Why Join Innovatech?

  • Cutting-Edge Tech: Work with "DeepThink," a product at the forefront of Agentic AI and reasoning models.

  • Direct Impact: Report directly to the founders. No middle management layers.

  • Freedom & Flexibility: We focus on output, not hours. Once your tasks are done, your time is your own.

  • Global Remote: Work from anywhere.

  • Travel: Opportunity to visit client sites (expenses paid) and see the impact of your work firsthand.
