Job Summary:

We are looking for friendly and efficient Waitstaff to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, take food and drink orders, serve meals, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greets and seats customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

• Presents menus and offers recommendations when requested.

• Takes accurate food and beverage orders and relays them to the kitchen staff.

• Serves food and drinks promptly and courteously.

• Checks in with customers to ensure satisfaction with meals.

• Handles billing and process payments.

• Follows all health and safety regulations.

• Works collaboratively with other team members and kitchen staff.

• Prepares tables by setting them with linens, silverware and glasses.

• Clears tables promptly and efficiently

• Maintains a clean and organized dining area.

• Assists with opening and closing duties, such as restocking supplies and cleaning.

• Follows all relevant health and safety regulations.

• Works as part of a team to provide excellent customer service.

• Any other duties outlined by Manager- Front of House Operation

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Friendly, positive attitude and well-groomed appearance.

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions.
