Education:
Secondary School Certificate or equivalent

Experience:
Experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment preferred 

Skills:

• Must be able to count
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods
• Good housekeeping traits

Conditions:

• Must be punctual and regular, positively contributing to the team
• Must be able to work on Saturdays and occasional overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting goods
• Organize and store products in designated areas using proper storage methods to ensure items are easily retrievable and in good condition
• Accurately pick and pack products for customer orders, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are selected and packed securely.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records
• Report any discrepancies or shortages to the Warehouse Co-Ordinator.
• Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care to prevent damage
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organised work environment to prevent accident and injuries. 
• Assist customers and delivery personnel as needed providing excellent customer service support

A Police Certificate of Good Character is required
