Jobs by Living Water Community
Living Water Community (LWC) is a Catholic Lay Ecclesial Community and regional non-governmental organisation (NGO) headquartered in Trinidad and Tobago and established in 1975. In addition to numerous pastoral ministries, LWC also runs social ministries that work in areas such as cancer care provision, residential care facilities for at risk youth, survivors of intimate partner/ domestic violence and disaster response management.
LWC owns and runs a television and radio network, Trinity Communications which uses communications technology to promote social justice. LWC has established missions in St. Lucia and Barbados.
As Partner for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for over two decades, LWC established the Ministry for Migrants and Refugees (MMR) to work with persons in need of international protection and other categories of vulnerable migrants.
Due to an increasing number of asylum seekers and refugees, our team needs additional capacity to maintain its humanitarian protection standards.
LWC has recently partnered with Democracy International and UNICEF to implement community based protection projects.
