Job Summary

Reporting to the CEO, the Manager, Operations, directly supervises Business Development, ICT and Procurement. The Manager, Operations, oversees day-to-day activities, ensures overall compliance with organization regulations, coordinates logistics and collaborates with government authorities and tenants in order to optimize efficiency and productivity within the organization. Additionally, He/She is responsible for ensuring that all Procurement practices conform to the Procurement Act. Also, that rigorous attention is paid to ICT security and to the processes which enhance Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: analyzes continuously existing and operational processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, automation and streamlining. Implements changes to enhance productivity
  • Performance Monitoring: implements performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track operational performance. Analyzes data and provides regular reports to the CEO highlighting trends, issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Risk Management: Identifies and mitigates operational risks within the zone ensuring appropriate measures are in place for safety, security and business continuity. Develops and implements contingency plans to address potential disruptions.
  • Monitors ongoing Investor operations regionally
  • Provides monthly reports on Investor operations
Qualifications and Experience
  • A Master’s degree is preferred in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline OR a combination of a related First Degree and “on-the-ground” experience
  • Experience: At least five to seven(7) years’ experience in operations management, preferably within the area of zonal management. Experience in managing Teams and driving process improvements is desirable
  • Knowledge: Sound knowledge of operations management principles and regulatory requirements related to the organization's environment
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational bottlenecks, optimize processes and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is an advantage.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse Team, collaborate with stakeholders and influence positive change within the functions of the organization
  • Adaptability: The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and industry trends is crucial.
