Description
Job Summary
The Manager, Compliance and Inspection reports to the CEO. He/She is responsible for monitoring Investment operations and ensuring Compliance with approved criteria and all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities​
- Regulatory Compliance: ensures compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and policies governing operations within the SEZA. Stays updated on changing regulations and proactively adapt operational processes to maintain compliance
- Understands all requirements that were granted to each Investor
- Monitors Investor operations
- Reports monthly on Investor operations
- Assesses Investor compliance
- Reports on Investor Compliance and provides oversight of required approvals for investors
- Provides assistance as needed to Investors to meet Compliance according to the law
- Works closely with various ministries and agencies to fast-track and obtain necessary permits, approvals and licenses
Qualifications and Experience
Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or equivalent. Five (5) to seven(7) years’ experience in Quality Control or Compliance Management.
