Kaizen Environmental Services (Trinidad) Limited is seeking to hire a Division Manager for our Waste Services Division.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Corporate Management Team to Shape the vision and strategy for the Waste Division, aligning objectives with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Lead the execution of diverse Waste management and disposal programs
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and play a pivotal role in selling the services of our projects division.
- Apply your proficiency in management and leadership to enhance improve the efficiencies of Kaizen’s waste management operations.
- Inspire and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in pure or earth sciences.
- Good management and leadership skills, able to motivate employees to perform

- Extensive experience in environmental engineering, with expertise in oil spill response, site remediation, and environmental impact assessments.
- Proven success in business development and selling environmental services.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and articulate demeanour.
