Job Description
- Drive the sales vehicle to designated locations to procure sales
- Sell various products directly from the sales vehicle to consumers
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales vehicle and its inventory.
- Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain accurate sales records via a POS system.
- Replenish inventory as needed and maintain accurate inventory records
- Adhere to health and safety regulations specific to proper food handling and sanitation
- Ensure sales vehicle is in proper working condition at all times
- Conduct vehicular checks and report maintenance issues as necessary
- Work independently and manage time effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
- Promote special offers, new products, and events to customers.
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid class 4 driver's license (manual transmission) with zero demerit points
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and friendly, outgoing personality.
- Knowledge of Trinidad and Tobago roadways
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle volume transactions.
- Proficient math for sales processing.
- Basic computer skills to operate point of sale and inventory systems
- Ability to stand and/or drive for extended periods as required
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
