Job Overview:
As a Sales Representative specializing in financial security products, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional service to clients. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our range of financial security products to individuals and businesses. You will play a key role in growing market share by actively prospecting for new quality prospects and converting them into loyal clients.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Service:
- Promote and sell financial security products, including insurance policies, retirement plans, and investment products.
- Provide personalized advice and recommendations to clients based on their financial goals and needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Growth:
- Actively prospect for quality prospects on a daily basis to maintain a steady flow of new clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other sales activities.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Proactively prospect for quality prospects to expand the client base and drive sales growth.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other prospecting methods.
- Qualify leads and prioritize sales activities to maximize efficiency and results.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Regularly review clients' financial portfolios and recommend adjustments or additional products/services as needed.
Qualifications:
- Between the ages of 30-45
- 5 O'Levels (Inclusive of Maths and English) With Tertiary Education from a recognised institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in financial services or related industries preferred.
- Has a good working vehicle
