Kaizen Environmental Services (Trinidad) Limited is seeking to hire a Division Manager for our Waste Services Division. The Manager will be working out of the Freeport Head Office and will be responsible for operations executed at the Kaizen Waste Treatment Facility located on the LABIDCO Estate, La Brea.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Corporate Management Team to Shape the vision and strategy for the Waste Division, aligning objectives with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Lead the execution of diverse Waste management and disposal programs
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and play a pivotal role in selling the services of our waste services division.
- Inspire and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
