We are currently seeking a motivated and customer- focused individuals to join our call center team as Customer Care Agents. If you excel in communication and thrive in a fast-faced environment, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, especially in retail, is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and call center software.
