Job Summary:
101 Advertising is seeking a Proficient, Creative & Motivated Marketing Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a background in sales or marketing, and experience working in an advertising agency environment. The Marketing Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our agency.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Identify client needs and develop tailored marketing solutions to meet their objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or marketing is an asset.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an advertising agency or related field.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design tools and software will be an asset.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and preferably owns a vehicle for travel to client meetings and networking events.
