JOB OVERVIEW
To work within a busy and demanding helpdesk environment that aims to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and clients, and responsible for providing a professional and customer focussed service, working both on your own initiative and as part of a team.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will include a variety of tasks including the following:
- Determine material and supply needs in order to process requisitions, stores orders, or surplus materials as applicable,
- Identifies and obtains materials and equipment required to execute the requested work,
- Assist Facility Manager with detailed resource planning, including people, plant and materials,
- Plan, organize and schedule work flow including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance work, project schedules and normal operations tasks to meet priority demands, and long and short term projects
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Associate’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or similar
- Experience in Planning and Scheduling
- Experience in Facility Management or Maintenance Environment
- Strong time management skills
- Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project (or similar),
- Excellent communication skills

- Working to a high standard of accuracy in both literacy and numeracy
- Prioritising workload
- Working to tight timescales
