Description:
We are seeking a qualified Personnel Support Specialist to support our Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the posting of job vacancies and sourcing of qualified candidates.
- Onboarding Assistance: Coordinate new hire orientation sessions, prepare and distribute onboarding materials, and assist in processing new hire paperwork.
- HR Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Assist in the organizing and filing of personnel documents.
- Benefits Administration Support: Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefit programs and aid in the enrollment process.
- Employee Relations Assistance: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR Department, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent certifications in HR Management, Business Management or Tax Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Best HR Practices and basic employment laws.
- Knowledge of payroll taxation procedures is a plus.
- Good organization skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
