Description
Real Estate (RE) is the Company Function responsible for defining and implementing real estate policies and strategy, transactions and projects, facility management services, corporate travel and operational security. The role of RE is to provide functional leadership across the Group and to enable the Company to extract maximum value from its real estate assets and related activities.
Purpose & accountabilities
The role of FM Services Advisor, Trinidad is to provide and operate various office/soft services that support and enable the Company in delivering its goals.
This role is responsible for commercial, contractual and operational delivery of office services such as mailroom, print services, including but not limited to catering, janitorial and housekeeping services.
Role Accountabilities:
HSSE:
- Accountable to HSSE-SP control framework requirements for contractor management and compliance
- Demonstrates visible safety leadership and management of local HSE procedures and guidelines to deliver Goal Zero
- Identifies and manages the HSSE risks and mitigation plans.
- Directly responsible Catering and Soft Services contracts
- Leads performance and contract management discussions/decisions in relation to the level of service delivery by external suppliers
- Manages and provide assurance on site-level performance measurement for each contract including KPIs, business controls etc.
- Develops and executes contract compliance schedules and monitoring including HSE, Quality, Cost, Schedule and Sustainable Development (e.g. local content) CP standards including performance measurement, contract financial planning, and the organization of tactical and operations-level performance reviews.
- Performs Accounting "Dip Checks" and provides spend/cost versus budget details for strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Oversees the timeliness and accuracy of payables and receivables to vendors.
- Coordinates Budget planning for and works with RE Manager, the Company's business Leaders and regional RE teams to prepare STT RE budgets and cost forecasts.
